PRINCE AND GIANT’S DAUGHTER

The puppet theatre performance is based on motives and themes from Scottish fairy tales. Paper puppets made with meticulous precision tell the story of a cunning giant, a brave prince and a beautiful lady. As it usually happens in fairy tales, the prince proves to be cleverer than the giant in the end and wins the lady’s hand. The beautifully-dressed characters are born out of/from crumpled paper, sweet wrappers and silver foil in the front of the audience’s eyes. The aim of performance is to see the unusual in usual things. Its “daddy story”, which could tell three fathers to their little sons – but with a lot of fantasy, humor and magic.
