Novgorod Theatre for children and youth «Mali» got the Special Prize of Theatre Union of Russia «For ponderable contribution to development of Russian Theatre for youth» and Special Golden Sign of Theatre Union of Russia. Awarding ceremony become a special event of National Award «Arlekin» in April 2011 (St.Petersburg)
Novgorod Theatre «Mali» planning to open new theatre season (number 21!), full of new performances, new projects, festivals, shows. 15-16 September — time to visit dark comedy «VIGIL» by Morris Panych, smarttest story about humanity. This play was presented on stage of Novgorod theatre «Mali» first time in Russia. Also theatre continue work with «The Diary of Anne Frank», a Play by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett based upon «Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl» and hope that spectators comes to us 22 September for first night show.
Also don’t forget that 11 International Theatre Kingfestival will start new jump in this theatre season — lets waiting till April 2011 for really fantastic shows!
June 15 — graduate performance of students of actor’s education in Novgorod Theatre University and Theatre «Mali».
Students of actor’s education of Novgorod State University (group of Theatre «Mali») will present public examination — show «FIND MY KILLER» by proze of Eastern playwriters at January 25, 2010 in Mali Theatre. Entrance free.
